I feel the gestural stroke and the handwritten word are natural means of human expression. In my work I celebrate the tapestry of nature and life, her lush garden, her waters, her secrets and her ever-changing seasons. My works express that rich tapestry in gestural, sometimes intertwining, strokes which, to me, represent the rhythms and forces of the natural world of which we are an integral part.
